Please correctly determine the membership level you are applying for. If you do not meet ALL of the Certified Member requiredments complete the Non-Certified portions.

To qualify as a Certified Member of the AMLPA, the applicant must:

• Have a valid entity established with the state. This can be a DBA (Doing Business As), LLC, S-Corp or Inc. Proof of the entity in valid status must be provided.
• Carry a minimum of $1,000,000 in general liability insurance. Proof is required
• Charge a minimum of $30 per man hour
• Been an active business for at least one year
• Provide released valuation coverage for all moves
• Should, although not mandatory, have three hour minimums on all moves
• Provide uniformed personnel
• Have a proven reputable business that provides loading, unloading and packing services
