Quality and Service Commitment

As an applicant of the AMLPA, American Moving Labor Professionals Association, I intend to provide the highest level of quality in the moving labor services industry, to all my customers. Regardless of the size of the job or the level of involvement my company will always work for the satisfaction of my customer and the completion of the job.

I will provide the necessary materials needed to complete the job. Dollies, hand trucks and standard tools will always be supplied, free of charge, to my customers. As needed, any additional supplies will be provided at a charge, fee or costs that I will discuss with my customer before the job date. I will also do my very best to assist my customer with any unforeseen circumstances and explain to them any additional services that may benefit them.

My company will provide experienced personnel with a proven ability to move furniture, pack, load and unload as necessary. My personnel will be, timely clean cut, organized, uniformed and polite to the customer.

My involvement with the AMLPA and my commitment to quality are a priority to myself and my company.  As a service provider, I will do everything in my power to ensure the successful and timely completion of all jobs.
